Register and list your products

  • Register as an EXPORTER and pay your 1st ($A 1100.00) $A 550.00 registration fee for our ASIC approved information broker Infotrack to validate the integrity of your company so we can interview you to construct and activate your store.
  • For ($A 960.00) $A 480.00 per OFFER TO SELL our IMPEX B2B team will assist you with constructing your best offers in your product catalogue to be listed in the marketplace.
  • We use Global shipping and customs data through AI, to find 10 active proven IMPORTERS who have been buying similar products you're offering and invite them into the marketplace to negotiate with you. 
  • Additional active proven IMPORTERS can be purchased in blocks of 10 for ($A 560.00) $A 280.00.
  • Only registered IMPORTERS and EXPORTERS can see your OFFERS TO SELL prices so make sure you always offer your best Incoterms FOB pricing to attract overseas IMPORTERS to get their attention when compared to other registered EXPORTERS to start the negotiation process.

How Using Escrow Works

Our partner Escrow.com, is a safe way to ensure that both parties are satisfied with the sale and purchase. So after a purchase decision, Escrow.com takes over and collects payment information outside the platform to ensure 3rd party independence and maximum safety and security.

Here's the simple process:

Receive an email from escrow.com

Once a purchase has been agreed upon, you will receive an email from Escrow.com. Follow the link to fill in your banking details.

Verify your ID

In order to ensure you’re not a hacker laundering money and satisfy Global banking standards for KYC & AML,  Escrow.com will ask questions to verify your identity.

Setup payment information

Once you verify your ID, you will be asked to enter payment (IMPORTER) or (EXPORTER) information.

Exporters get a confirmation email

Now that all parties have agreed on the transaction and have connected their banking accounts through Escrow.com, the EXPORTER will receive an update that funds have been secured.

TRANSACTION COMPLETE

Since transactions through the IMPEX B2B platform are geared as Incoterms FOB transactions, IMPORTERS or EXPORTERS are required to separately arrange and pays for transport with their own preferred freight and customs agents or use our partner ICAL or simply post your Service requirements in our SERVICE EXCHANGE.

Once consignment is delivered to the nominated overseas port by air or sea, IMPORTER with their nominated customs broker then arranges clearance of shipment and inspects the goods.

When both parties are satisfied, monies are released deducting Platform fees and disbursements by Escrow.com  and EXPORTER receives net funds.

That’s it, transaction complete!
