Freeze dried. 200g (2 litres). Resealable stand up pouch.
Our Powder is made from 100% Camel Milk. This FREEZE DRIED powder undergoes a very different process to that of Hot Spray Drying. Small amounts of pasteurized camel milk is frozen on trays and placed under vacuum. Due to the vacuum the ice will evaporate immediately, without turning back to water, and this guarantees that the majority of the taste, texture and nutrients will stay intact.
Powered milk has the added benefit of an extended shelf life, compared to fresh milk.
For best results use chilled filtered water.
Per litre: 100g Powder to 900ml Water
Per serve: 25g Powder to 225ml Water
Due to the very different processing techniques our FREEZE DRIED power will need a vigorous shake or better still a quick burst in your blender or nutribullet. This will help re-hydrate majority of your powder for a more enjoyable texture.
