Extremely Alive has a mission to co-create a culture of wellness that infects the world with good health and we currently produce certified organic, living probiotic, kombucha vinegars based on wild-fermented kombucha produced from Daylesford spring water, high quality certified organic oolong and green tea and certified organic sugar, in a solar-powered facility in Daylesford Victoria.

 

Our kombucha has been shown to contain 200 diverse microbial species and more than double the polyphenol content of green tea and has been the subject of two published research studies with this metagenomics and physico-chemical study and this clinical trial which is the first ever human trial of kombucha.

 

We currently infuse our kombucha vinegars with a range of leaves, roots, flowers  fruit and fantastic fungi to produce the Extremely Alive Probiotic range and we can also produce bulk, high polyphenol, probiotic vinegar to your specifications, in quantities ranging for 10 to 28,500 litres.

 

Our probiotic vinegar can replace other vinegar in recipes that contain non-fermentable sweeteners to upgrade the health benefits of products such as tomato sauces, salsas and other condiments, thus producing a new class of ‘condiceutials’ the can uplift the health of mainstream consumers.
